Progress Reports for Elementary Students

 If you'd like to email your progress reports you can find those directions HERE.

If you want to ONLY print your Progress Reports to send home, choose the Enhanced Multi-Class Progress Report for your HOMEROOM class. There are TWO recommended templates to choose from (Denises PR) but you can always create your own! Call Denise at X8668 if you need help for Friday’s Progress Report!

***5th & 6th Grade Teachers ... these templates will still work for you with the current scheduling setup in Skyward. The report looks at all subjects for your homeroom students.

Reminder for Kindergarten Teachers; Copying Skill Grades!

 This is just a quick reminder for KDG Teacher that you may COPY skill grades from Quarter 1 into Quarter 2. You can then edit any skills copied over, if needed. Directions in link below!

 Elementary Teachers -- Please remember when you are entering Report Card Comments that they should go in your HOMEROOM class!

Directions for Taking Attendance

One quick tip I'd like to share with you is the SUPER easy way you'll take attendance:

(1) Click on the Teacher Access tab and select Post Daily Attendance

(2) Click By Name

(3) All students are marked present by default. You'll mark those who are absent and click SAVE when you are done!

Do you need to make a grade change after grades are due? Here is how you can Request a Grade Change in Skyward. (Please do not forget the last step by clicking the Complete Grade Changes button!)

 Did you miss the window to complete your grades? Follow directions below to submit a grade change request! Be sure to let the data secretary in your building know that you've made a change so that it can be approved on the office side :)
